General Information
  • Especially for older adults wishing to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance and flexibility.
  • This class combines weight-bearing exercises to increase bone density, low-impact cardio to strengthen the heart, stretching to improve mobility, resistance exercises to strengthen muscles, and balance work to keep us on our toes.
  • Designed to make your daily activities easier and your crazy adventures more fun!
  • Please wear good sneakers and movable, breathable clothing.
  • Bring a mat, light weights and a water bottle.
  • Resident Senior (age 60+) rate: $108.00
