General Information
Men and Women welcome.
This is a high energy aerobics class.
In the hour long class we will do cardio, strength training, and core work with balance.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, free weights and a yoga mat to class.
Pilates rings will be provided
Please note, class does not meet on Jan. 20 or Feb. 17 for session 1
Please note, class does not meet on Apr. 10 for session 2
Resident Seniors age 60+ receive a 10% discount at checkout.
Punch Cards are available for $40 for 10 classes. Punch cards must be purchased in the Recreation Office
