Great for newcomers and those looking for an introduction into a fun, productive workout. This program is an introduction to strength training, incorporating high intensity workouts and learning the fundamental elements of weight lifting. Great for off season athletes looking to stay in shape and get bigger, faster and stronger. The program is held Monday - Thursdays with Mondays and Wednesdays being strength training and Tuesdays and Thursdays are cardio based.
The program is held at Amped Fitness, 55 Mill St., Unionville.
Please bring a towel and water bottle and wear workout clothes.
