General Information
  • Step away from your busy life to join us for an afternoon of nourishing your senses through a variety of mindfulness practices.
  • Research shows that mindfulness practice decreases anxiety, depression and stress and bolsters positive states of mind.
  • This workshop will include sitting and walking meditations, mindful eating and creative experiential activities to highlight mindfulness and its benefits.
