Trip Description
The Lake George area is the birthplace of the American vacation. Thomas Jefferson called her the “Queen of American Lakes”. With 300+ islands and the southern Adirondacks painting a magnificent scape, it is no wonder that since the 1700’s it has seen some of the nation’s richest and most famous settling on its shores.
We will enjoy a lunch cruise on the Lac du Saint Sacrement. This is the largest ship on the inland waters of New York State. At noon, enjoy lunch and entertainment in the elegant dining room while cruising by beautiful mountain wilderness on the crystal clear waters of Lake George.

We will also tour Lake George with a local Guide. Although the year-round population is relatively small, the summertime population can swell to over 50,000 residents.
