Grab a few friends or bring your daughter and come learn how to defend yourself. The WAVE women’s self-defense program is a comprehensive program that deals with real-life scenarios and situations. This is a no-frills class that incorporates martial arts moves for self-defense. Participants should wear sneakers and loose, comfortable clothing. No skirts or open-toe shoes/winter boots/heels. Please bring a water bottle.
