SUMMER FUN CAMP -  For students entering Gr. 1-4 in Fall 2025 OPEN TO AVON RESIDENTS ONLY!Come join us for an amazing summer of camp fun and exploration! Each session will consist of camp games, themed crafts and activities, free play time at Pine Grove School’s playscape, swimming at Sycamore Hills Pool 3 - 4 times a week, and special guest entertainment! Swimming is fully supervised by our American Red Cross Certified lifeguards. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within two weeks of the start date unless a doctor's note is provided. For questions about this policy, please contact the Recreation and Parks Office at 860-409-4332 before registering for camp.WAITLIST:- If a session is full, you may add your child to the waitlist by adding the session to your cart and completing the registration (payment will not be collected for the waitlist).- You will only be notified if a spot becomes available. A $25 fee per camp session will apply for cancellations made up to two weeks before the camp session start date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within two weeks of the start date unless a doctor's note is provided. For questions about this policy, please contact the Recreation and Parks Office at 860-409-4332 before registering for camp.WAITLIST:- If a session is full, you may add your child to the waitlist by adding the session to your cart and completing the registration (payment will not be collected for the waitlist).- You will only be notified if a spot becomes available. Payment will be required at that time. You will have 24 hours to complete the payment or we will automatically move on to the next person.PARENT HANDBOOK: Please be sure to read through our parent handbook for important information on pick-up/drop-off, packing list, camp policies, and camper expectations. The handbook can be found on the camp registration page under additional links. CAMP NEWSLETTER: The Weekly Camp Newsletter will be sent out via email the Friday prior to each session. Please read this newsletter as it will provide important session-specific information such as a packing list, schedule, and reminders.
