Love to dance? Enjoy the health benefits of this energetic, feel good, medium intensity workout. This class is a total body workout set to Latin and international rhythms and is perfect for anyone looking for a fun, aerobic exercise routine. This is a low impact class that is designed to be gentler on your knees. No experience necessary, just a willingness to have fun. If you love to dance, this class is for you.
