General Information
Chair yoga is a unique form of exercise for people who cannot get down to the floor due to age or inflexibility. This program will improve muscle tone, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. This gentle form of exercise is beneficial for seniors and those struggling with hip, knee or other types of joint pain.
