As part of our Neighbor Helping Neighbor Project, the Avon Recreation and Parks Department is sponsoring the 3rd Annual Dodgeball Tournament to benefit the Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma Research Foundation (ACCRF).






 

General Information
The following items must be submitted to the Recreation Department by Monday, March 18, 2020 to secure your team's place in the tournament.


1. Team Registration Form/Roster
2. Signed Waiver and Release of Liability Form for each team member, including alternates.
3. Registration Fee of $20 per player. Max of 8 players per team including alternates.
4. Payment must be in the form of check only. Cash and credit cards are not accepted.
5. Checks are Payable to: A.C.C.R.F.

MAXIMUM OF EIGHT TEAMS PER LEAGUE

8 players per team including alternates.

5th and 6th Grade League plays 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
7th Grade League plays 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
8th Grade League plays 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
High School League plays 1:45 p.m. - 3:45 p.m.
Adult League plays 4:00 pm. - 7:00 p.m.
(Adult Teams must have a minimum of 2 female players).
