Morning Low Impact Aerobics

General Information
Men and Women welcome.

This class is low impact only, (no jumping) that incorporates cardio, strength training and balance.

Pilates rings will be provided.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, free weights and a yoga mat to class.

Please note, class does not meet on Jan. 20 or Feb. 17 for session 1

Please note, class does not meet on Apr. 10 for session 2

Resident Seniors age 60+ receive a 10% discount at checkout.

Punch Cards are available for $40 for 10 classes. Punch cards must be purchased in the Recreation Office.

Instructor
Nancy Pandolfo - she has 32 years experience in the fitness industry and is an Advanced Certified Personal Trainer and Aerobics Instructor.
