                General Description
                
                
                	This class is designed for an aerobic workout to burn calories, free weights for strength, and we work a lot on balance.
The instructor demonstrates high impact and low impact moves for you to choose what level you’d like to work out at.
We will also incorporate Pilate rings and have a circuit training class once a week, which is always different.
Come give it a try!
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, free weights and a yoga mat to class.
