General Information
Yogalates is a combination of yoga and Pilates core training which incorporates balance, stretching and relaxed breathing.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing and have a yoga mat.

THIS IS A VIRTUAL PROGRAM. Participants will receive a Zoom link after they register.

Discount for seniors will be applied at checkout.

Instructor
Nancy Pandolfo has 32 years in the fitness industry and is an Advanced Certified Personal Trainer and Aerobics Instructor.
