Saturdays, 11:00-11:45 a.m. at Sycamore Hills Pool

Fee: $52 per session (Resident Seniors age 60+ Fee: $46.80)
Workout in the pool using water as resistance to work all of your major muscles to fun, upbeat music! Gain greater mobility, increase muscle strength and enhanced sleep quality along with fun! Noodles will be provided.
Please wear a swim suit and water shoes or old sneakers and bring a water bottle. Masks will be required when entering/exiting the facility or while moving around inside the pool enclosure, but not during the class.
