Yoga - Mixed Level Vinyasa Flow
This is a fun and light-hearted yoga class that links breath (Pranayama) with postures (Asanas), flowing through a series of poses to increase strength, flexibility & balance, as well as to reduce stress. This practice will incorporate Vinyasa flow and some longer held poses, and will end with relaxation. Allow yourself to gain inner awareness, shift mind/body habits and cultivate peace through your practice. All levels are welcome - no experience necessary.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and water.
Class is held Mondays, October 4 - November 29. (No session Nov. 1.)
at the Avon Senior Center from 6-7 p.m.
Fee: $95 (resident Sr. fee: $85.50)
Instructor: Julie Erasmus - Certified Yoga Instructor with 18 years of experience. Training includes Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Energy Medicine Yoga.
Mask requirements will follow the most current Board of Education and CDC Guidelines.
