General Information
The Senior Fitness class is designed for the active older adult focusing on:
• functional strength
• increasing flexibility
• increasing joint mobility
• improving balance
• improving coordination
Class will include dynamic warm up, low impact aerobic conditioning, and strengthening exercises.
Please bring hand weights, exercise mat and a water bottle.
Mask requirements will follow the most current CDC and Town of Avon guidelines.
Avon residents age 60+ will receive a 10% discount at checkout.
