Join Food Explorers for a week of fresh and seasonal baking recipes! Each day you’ll be making two brand new recipes featuring produce that is in season this summer, such as: Peach Upside Down Cakes, Tomato Galettes, Mixed Berry Shortcakes and Apricot Rolls. All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten.

Participants should bring a water bottle and wear closed toed shoes. Please note: if you register your child for two Food Explorers programs on the same day, the Food Explorers staff is not responsible for your child during the hour break in between classes.

Food Explorers LLC - This company has taught close to 2000 cooking and nutrition programs for kids across the state of CT. This is a team of registered dieticians and nutritionists who are trained in food safety, cooking and nutrition. All instructors are background checked, and complete the American Red Cross EpiPen Certification.
