Join Food Explorers for a week of over the top cookies! Forget everything you know about cookies because this week we’re stepping it up a notch. Each day you’ll make two cookie recipes with frostings, glazes, jams, edible cookie dough bites and more. You’ll be making recipes like cookie nachos, caramel cheesecake cookies, French silk pie cookies, and blueberry crumble cookies. All recipes are nut free but do contain eggs, dairy and gluten. Ingredient substitutions are not possible.

Food Explorers LLC - This company has taught close to 2000 cooking and nutrition programs for kids across the state of CT. This is a team of registered dieticians and nutritionists who are trained in food safety, cooking and nutrition. All instructors are background checked, and complete the American Red Cross EpiPen Certification.
