Afro Dance


AFRO DANCE FITNESS 
Come experience this truly unique form of exercise! You will learn basic Central African dance moves while getting a full body workout. Try something new while having fun!  This class is open to all adults. No dance experience necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers and bring a water bottle.
