Gentle Ballet for Adults
                    
Come join us for a gentle ballet class for older adults of all capabilities.  This class uses ballet techniques to stretch and strengthen the muscles, and improve balance, posture and flexibility.  Students will learn ballet positions during barre work and pattern making and moving to music during center work exercises.  Come have fun while improving your health and well-being!  Please wear comfortable clothing and socks or ballet slippers.
