Food Explorers: Chocolate Week! 
for Ages 9 - 12

Join Food Explorers for a chocolatey week exploring doughs, batters and more. Each day you’ll be making two recipes featuring your favorite ingredient, chocolate! You’ll be making recipes such as: From Scratch Pop-Tarts, Chocolate Fudge Buns, Chocolate Lattice Pies and Chocolate Layer Cakes! All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten.

Participants should bring a water bottle and wear closed toed shoes.
Please note: if you register your child for two Food Explorers programs on the same day, the Food Explorers staff is not responsible for your child during the hour break in between classes.

Instructor
Food Explorers LLC - This company has taught close to 2000 cooking and nutrition programs for kids across the state of CT. This is a team of registered dieticians and nutritionists who are trained in food safety, cooking and nutrition. All instructors are background checked, and complete the American Red Cross EpiPen Certification.
