A hands-on camp where young chefs create delicious, made-from-scratch dishes! Campers will mix, roll, and shape their way through savory favorites like Mozzarella Breadsticks, Wonton Cups, Fresh Pasta, and Stuffed Flatbreads, all while learning essential kitchen techniques. It’s all about fresh ingredients, creative cooking, and the joy of making it all by hand. All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten.  

Participants should bring a water bottle and wear close toed shoes.

Please note: if you register your child for two Food Explorers programs on the same day, the Food Explorers staff is not responsible for your child during the hour break in between classes.

Food Explorers LLC - This company has taught close to 2000 cooking and nutrition programs for kids across the state of CT. This is a team of registered dieticians and nutritionists who are trained in food safety, cooking and nutrition. All instructors are background checked, and complete the American Red Cross EpiPen Certification.
