You understand that for promotional purposes the Town may video and/ or take photographs of participants enrolled in recreation activities, classes or programs. Upon registering, you hereby release and permit the Town of Avon to photograph and/or video you or your minor child and utilize for said promotional purposes any photographs and/or videos of you or your minor child engaged in the recreational activities.
