Campers will learn essential baking techniques while creating fresh, summery treats to enjoy! All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten. Participants should bring a water bottle and wear close toed shoes.Please note: if you register your child for two Food Explorers programs on the same day, the Food Explorers staff is not responsible for your child during the hour break in between classes.

A dream come true for young chocolate lovers ready to whisk, bake, and drizzle their way through a week of rich, chocolatey creations. Campers will make delicious treats like Chocolate Monkey Bread, Chocolate Cannoli Twists, Raspberry Tiramisu Brownies, and Triple-Decker Cookies—each one more indulgent than the last. Along the way, they’ll learn essential baking skills in a fun, hands-on kitchen adventure. All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten.
