Children will learn foundational ballet and tap steps, musicality, spatial awareness, coordination, and gross motor skills. This class is taught using imagery, props, fun games, and music. Children in this age group will dance independently. The program will culminate in a short dance performed for parents at the last class! Participants should wear comfortable clothes, dance shoes are optional, if no dance shoes wear non-slip socks or bare feet for ballet and sneakers for tap and bring a water bottle.

Students will learn basic ballet positions, terminology, and movement patterns while developing coordination, posture, musicality, and discipline. Each class balances structured technique with creative movement, allowing dancers to explore self-expression through dance. Whether your child is trying ballet for the first time or continuing from an earlier level, this class builds confidence, encourages artistry, and sets the stage for a lifelong love of ballet! The program will culminate in a short dance performed for parents at the last class! Participants should wear comfortable clothes, dance shoes are optional, if no dance shoes wear non-slip socks or bare feet for ballet and sneakers for tap and bring a water bottle.

Dancers will improve flexibility, strength, posture, balance, coordination, and even memory! All experience levels are welcome. Classes can be adapted to the needs and ability of the adult dancer. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
