We will warm up with a 20-30 minute Zumba class and move into 30 minutes of cardio drumming on a stability ball. This class focuses on cardio, toning, coordination, and mindfulness. This class is for all adults looking to have fun while exercising.  Equipment for cardio drumming will be provided. Practicing yoga can decrease any stress and/or anxiety through practiced breathing. This class is accessible to everyone. For each asana (pose), a modification will be offered. In this class, you can expect to use your core, build strength, breath practice, to open your hips, stretch your back and calves, and end with shavasana. Participants should wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, and water bottle. Optional: bring blocks and straps.
