If you are looking for an easy-to-attend Pilates class that will work on every part of your body, look no further! This class works your core, balance, flexibility, and incorporates lots of stretching for pain relief. There are 3 sessions for you to choose from. Attend one or all!

All you need for the class is a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle.
