Morning Balance Class for Ages 18+

Thursdays, 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Session 1: January 9 - February 13, 2025

Non-Resident Fee: $81.00

As we all get older, we start to lose confidence with our balance. This class will help you work on your core muscles and balance which will prevent falls from occurring. While we work on the lower body to strengthen muscles, you can use a stable chair or the wall for support. There are 3 sessions for both day options for you to choose from. Attend one or all!

Please have a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle with you during class.
