When you practice yoga, you increase your flexibility, strength, and endurance. Practicing yoga can decrease any stress and/or anxiety through practiced breathing. This class is accessible to everyone. For each asana (pose), a modification will be offered. In this class, you can expect to use your core, build strength, breath practice, to open your hips, stretch your back and calves, and end with shavasana.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, and water bottle. Optional: bring blocks and straps.
